Yesterday around 12 am i checked in to your hotel with my family and the first room i got was in a terrible condition there were cockroaches and the pillows were dirty so i got shifted to another room it was also not that good i even called your call center but they didn't hear my complain and declined the call in between then in the morning in the bathroom the geezer wasn't working then i called on the reception he said me to turn the wall i did but still it wasn't working i told the receptionist but he just said sorry and declined the call and didn't even solve my issue i am really disappointed by the staff behavior and the service provided by you i even have a house to stay there but i wanted to save my time so choose d this hotel the staff is of no good overall i won't recommend anyone to stay here

Poor experience, room hygiene was poor. They have not even cleaned the room before checking. No room service, not good for families.

I booked a room from mm t. On the mm t app it shows it's booked but when i went to the hotel, there was no booking on my name. When the booking was confirmed but i had to pay 2 times and the customer care did not respond properly. Worst booking experience.

The hotel is good for couples, but it's not well maintained and i can't stay with my family members in this hotel as i found a condom sachet around bed. The colour on the walls are not great and even the cupboard is to just keep your bag

Absolutely terrible stay with this hotel. Dirty rooms and toilet. Bedsheets and towels provided were unusable.

Hotel rules are very bad, rooms were pathetic and no kit given no hadwash in hotel an when ask they denied. Worst part was my friend had come and later after 15 mins staff came n was waiting near door to take my friend and they froce to war him in lobby. Staff is illiterate and no customer service at all. In future i v ll never book this hotel.

No water supply, bad maintenance, no phone service, stinky room. I was asking for drinking water several times but reception person has not responded.
