Very bad experience the way they treated. However they need to learn how to treat people. Anyhow, the attendant was cool when I talked politely.

I had not check in, i have raise complain with make my trip, still no resolution. My money is wasted. Poor response from make my trip. Not expected response. When will i get my refund. Is anyone working on complain i raised ?

Pathetic hotel

The hotel and management both are very bad. You will confirm you booking and when visit the hotel to check in. The owner will not allow you to check-in as the price at which you booked was very less according to hotel. And they will waste your 1 2 hours and then you had to book another hotel. So, please don't book and don't go to stay there.

1. Owner nature was arrogant. 2. They will not provide gst invoice to customer if we book. 3. If we book, they will ask for extra money. 4. I strongly recommended, do not book this hotel. 5. This is my horrible experience

What a mess of a stay

When I went to the hotel for the check in, the owner and the receptionist checked the amount I paid and decided I had to pay ₹600 more before I could check in. The owner actually said if I didn't want to pay the extra, I could cancel the booking and go somewhere else or they would make another guest in the same room as me, which was extremely uncomfortable. I had to report to work so I paid the amount and the room that they gave me was not even clean. I went there to check up on the cleaning staff and the guy was talking to someone on the phone instead of getting the room cleaned - I had to stand there for around 15 minutes with my bags before I could actually check in. After the check in, I left the room and came back around 11 hours later and found that there were no toiletries. Tired, I decided to go to bed only to find that the blanket they had given me was torn underneath. After suffering through all this, I was woken up by a cockroach on my face.

Front desk would deny check in if he feels the booking price is not workable, he would deny it has complimentary breakfast. No back power

Rude staff on reception

Rude and non welcoming staff. Toilet flush was not working. Toilet was dirty. They fixed the flush it took them 3 hours to do so in between they woke us up from sleep several times. Even after requesting they didn't change our room. At the end they didn't provide us breakfast wherein we had already booked hotel with free breakfast.

Covid-19 safety measure.

No staff masks were shown throughout the hotel complex and there was no system of sanitation everything else was almost normal, the stall sitting on the reception was not right, he was attending it all with questions

Horrible hotel - never stay in this hotel

Not worth of staying, i stayed for 2 nights i had opt for breakfast option while booking but they never served, intercom never works you have to visit reception for every petty things, staff is not bothered doesn't give a dammn to any of your request, there was no water in taps during my entire stay, i managed day one considering it could be a one of rare incident but not it continued throughout, i wasn't able to take bath for 3 days for other necessities brush, face wash even wash after loo i used bottled water, finally at the time when i was leaving the hotel water came from the tap, color of that water was similar to black coffee i thought black coffee is served through tap lol, nobody wears a mask, there is no water in the hotel how are we supposed to wash hand forget hand after a session of loo

No adequate signage of the hotel Name for guiding to the exact address. The lanes are small, busy and crowded, making it difficult to trace this hotel with ease.
