Stay was comfortable but i dint like the safety measures that was taken. The food variety was hardly there also this time, but the location of the hotel is great and the service is also good. I had a good time overall
I dint see any covid measures taken. Except for sanitiser and thermal check

The service is very prompt. The behavior of the staff including receptionist is very welcoming. The only thing is that the bathroom is smaller and i could see a cockroach.

The hotel was very much of a decent and high end class ambience wherein every entertainment areas are nearby. An excellent choice of hotel if you like wooden furniture and spacious rooms

The room had been cleaned and sanitized before we arrived. They did it again in our presence. Very friendly and cooperative staff.

Restarting after covid lockdown individual door keys are not available as swipe card system is not working. Staff is required to open with master key

The individual house key system not working. Every time you need hotel staff to open door with master key. Restaurant not yet fully functional as still recovering from effect. Staff polite. Will be ok when they fully come to normal
