The stay was amazing. The staff was very welcoming. The buffet - both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and worth the travel to pune. Would highly recommend the place to friends and family.

It was good but giving poor because it is not worth the money. I stayed there for my anniversary, it was good, but i booked hyatt thinking of brand name, going beyond my pocket, but i got the experience of 4-5k hotel. Experience is very average but prices are not.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view of the city, which we truly enjoyed. However, we did face some delays with room service, which could be improved. Despite that, the staff was courteous, and the experience was good.

this was our second trip in a month.. being a pet friendly property is such a plus. this time we visited to celebrate my mom's birthday on 30th october. as soon as you enter this property you get connected to a positive vibes. then you get warmly welcomed with big smiles from everyone so you actually get a feeling of coming home 😊.. the rooms are nice and big with huge windows for a lot of natural light to come in.. a very comfy bed and a cozy sofa.. and still lots of space to move around.. now we come to the food.. they have one restaurant which serves delicious buffet breakfast as well as buffet lunch and dinner.. the buffet spread has a lovely mix of indian and continental and asian cuisine. and now we come to the usp of this hotel, it's staff.. they are the main pillars to make this hotel one of the best hotels to stay at. special mention to moin, riddhi, geetanjali, jatin and the entire front office team, payal and kishore from housekeeping and kajal, lucy and the entire f&b team from the restaurant. all of them made sure that we and specially our cat barfi felt comfortable and happy staying at your hotel. we will definitely be staying with you all everytime we visit pune❤

Renovation was happening in the floor leaving lot of dust and noise. In-room supplies were also poor. Breakfast was very average. . Very average experience. Hotel was under renovation. Breakfast was very average. Front end experience was also very average

It was a religious trip. The rooms are small, ac is not good, the food is good and service is also good. Access to the location can feel a bit weird. No hyatt experience in this property

I stayed here with my family for almost 2 weeks and my overall experience has been really good. Right from cleanliness to the behaviour of each staff, everything is top notch. Their breakfast buffet is definitely something you should never miss. Will definitely like to visit again.

Our stay at hyatt pune is hinjewadi was truly exceptional. The receptionists jatin and shubham were kind, making us feel comfortable and right at home and selecting the right room that suited our needs. Chin-may was very very sweet and so thoughtful in taking care to understand our food preferences and preparing delicious, customized lunch and dinner that were both tempting and truly life-saving. This was a fantastic stay, and we will never forget the wonderful way we were treated. Hospitable property with careless staff

During my stay from 4th oct to 6th oct, i got the shock of my life when i got a call from the front desk to inform that my car has been hit during valet parking and there’s been a dent in the rear bumper. While the manager told me that they’ll bear the costs for repairing it, but i insisted that the onus should be on them to repair the car and hand it over to me in the original condition. This was taken care and the car was repaired the same evening. As compensation, they arranged for an alternate vehicle for our visit to dagdusheth temple. But the overall experience was very unprofessional with careless attitude. Food is served good but what i noticed is that there are several repititions especially in the dessert segment. Considering its a hyatt property, expectation was a mismatch since the property is quite small and the swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Hence, the overall experience was not that great.
