Disappointed with hyatt, book other hotels

Extremely disappointed. We had booked this place to celebrate. Upon arrival, the baggage to the room was delayed. Bathtub was not working, basin was clogged and toothbrush seemed used with multiple bristles coming out. So called '5-star' hotel. We had to coordinate with multiple teams to get bathtub sorted. And they followed up before 11. 15pm in the night. Good service to wake up guests at night! while checking out, they hadn't co-ordinated with restaurant and had to wait extra while 'they confirmed' the payment. Such are their standards. There are multiple good hotels in the vicinity, go there. Hyatt is pathetic.

The stay was average. We opted for smoking rooms but the moment we entered the floor and our room, it was super smokey. Felt like the ventilation was not proper.

To start with, the hyatt regency is centrally located so that my travel time is reduced, significantly. Hotel lobby was quite spacious and impressive. And the hotel room - key to satisfied stay - was clean, nice and spacious. Spread of complimentary breakfast offered was huge with wide variety of food and even live counter. The staff were friendly and helpful. I hv n’t taken any pics during my stay.

The stay was excellent. Courteous staff who treated us efficiently. Right from the doorman to the staff inside, everyone made us feel special. These are the staff members who went out of their way to make our stay and my birthday extra special! front office smita sohail shalom and krishna jessica fnb sachin komal arjun chef vishal arrangement dharmendra for chicken tandoori akash housekeeping who decorated amazingly! musician phillip the doorman, valet too!

The buffet food was not upto the level. It was cold and tasteless and the noodles were uncooked. It was really not a good experience food wise. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff was very helpful and kind.

I had a disappointing experience at hyatt pune. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was that the hotel advertised a jacuzzi as part of its amenities, but it was not available during my stay. This felt like a clear case of false advertising. Additionally, the staff’s response to my concerns was inadequate, leaving me feeling ignored. For a hotel of this caliber, i expected better transparency and service. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Check in experience was smooth, room with expected category was honored. Complimentary bottled water and bathroom amenities were in good order and upto expectations. No face towel was provided had to be requested and only 1 provided for 2 adults. Bathroom grouting could use a refresh as it seems worn out. Furniture edges had some mold build up and i personally cleaned it. Pune 14 buffet staff seemed overwhelmed when busy and supervisors seem to be reprimanding staff in presence of guests, to the extend of using fowl language towards junior chefs at times ( hindi swear words ) teaspoons are difficult to find, some staff are not aware of dietary options unless guided.

This is the second time we stayed in hyatt regency, the staff at reception dint helped us much and gave us room which was not our choice. Room had direct view of roof and other rooms so it was uncomfortable. Seems hotel was booked full. Even at restaurant there was difficult to find place and orders as simple as tea took long time and were forgotten by staff.

An experience leading to a comfortable stay that was sufficient to have a break while on a long travel plan. The room was good with a big bath tub. The boy on reception gave complementary upgrade and that made it worth a stay. The room size was big and linen was fresh. Room was facing the city and curtains could make it dark for a cozy sun-day morning. Overall a welcome experiance. I had ordered dinner and stuffed paratha with chicken kheema and sh-eek kabab was filling.

Nice ambiance, pleasant fragrance and atmosphere, delicious breakfast with hospitality. Room was neat and clean. Overall nice to stay in hay-at regency. Musicians were fantastic. It is very good to here music in the morning.
