Poor Stay

The stay was bad. There were bad bugs that entered our bags. Its nothing short of crisis. The hotel has absolute no sense of cleanliness.

Poor experience the mirror has permanent mark unable to see face, bath chair was missing, mismatch labelling of shampoo, bed sheet were tear & stain.

Poor experience

Poor service, pathetic breakfast, intercom and lift not working. No car parking. I would not recommend this hotel for stay to any one. No restaurant inside the hotel. No restaurant nearby. You have the only option of ordering food through zomato. Bad experience. I will never stay in this hotel ever again

Hygienic rooms, supportive staff, and calm neighborhood

Situated at a prime location with lots of good eateries nearby. The hotel is located closer to the deccan market. Since the neighborhood is mostly calm the hotel rooms are very relaxing. The staff maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast is served between morning 8 to 10 am. The washroom is very well maintained. I have stayed at many hotels but never experienced such high standards for cleanliness. The staff is very prompt, cooperative, and friendly. I would strongly recommend the place to families as well.

Perfect place to stay with not that expensive

The place is quite but near to the fc road, complimentry breakfast was prepared as required, atmosphere of room is good, cleanliness, and overall experience was very good, may no will definitely recommend and will book again for my next trip to pune

Dirty and unkempt

The hotel is dirty, the rooms are not well kept, are dirty, there is a stench of dampness and insecticides, dead and alive cockroaches in bedrooms, dirty sheets. After a lot of persistent complaints, they changed the sheets and gave us clean ones. All in all the ratings are misleading here.

Hotel treebo hill view ex pros- 1 superb location with fc road a minutes walk giving access to all popular restaurants like wadeshwar, vaishali etc 2- very good staff, polite, helpful. 3- very clean room, bathroom, linen 4- spacious room for single occupancy, comfortable for double. 5- safe, no rowdy guests 6- electric kettle plus tea coffee etc sachets provided cons- 1) no hot water for shower as they have solar heater. It's not effective. 2) no room service. You have to order swiggy 3) breakfast items can get boring for non-maharashtrians. It's very basic-poha, bread butter and tea or coffee. Tea is excellent though, strong but again that is personal preference.

This property is not a hotel - at best a guest house -starting from the room layout - the furniture- the upkeep etc there is no choice in breakfast & is served in the room only.
