Stay was average, the hotel room were clean but there was lots of sound coming from windows of car, clear sound from other rooms were heard. Toilets needs to be renovated.

This was my 2nd time stay experience (8th dec'24) - room no. 704) - front desk / reception staff - checkin was very good & quick, but had issues with the room air conditioning it was not cooling. Though it was one night stay, but did not have b/fast, next day checked out very early morning.

3. The hotel rooms and amenities are not as per room charge room charge is very high no savings kits in bathroom no slippers breakfast is also average

Room are quite small, lacking basic things like bedside drawer. The only towel provided was old and hard. Takes a long time to serve if you ask for anything. They didn’t even replenish the drinking bottles on the 2nd day. Had to leave without breakfast since the items ordered never arrived. Quite an unpleasant experience.
