Everything was fine but only felt cheated when initially we were informed all rooms are occupied. Later when we said we are ready to pay we were charged for just three hour’s rs. 4800-. With special request we were allocated room just to keep our luggage

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The checking in was smooth and fast but some delay was there in the check out. The breakfast spread was good.

**Outstanding Service at Lemon Tree, Viman Nagar** I had an exceptional experience at Lemon Tree, Viman Nagar, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to both the **front office** and **restaurant staff**. The **front office team - Janini and Vishakha** were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and providing prompt assistance throughout my stay , my room had some issue with washroom without even requesting vishakha and janini ensured to have my room replaced within 15 minutes , Their warm and welcoming attitude truly made me feel at home. The **restaurant staff - Rucha and Rutik** were equally remarkable, delivering impeccable service with attention to detail , they ensured to be very polite and amicable and ensured that whatever I needed was on my plate within minutes . Rucha and Rutik please keep the beautiful smiles on your faces always let that shine be there ♥️ On the last day of my stay - Chef ensured to steal the show by preparing the most delicious bread pudding I have ever had in my entire life , Rest of the food was equally delicious. The breakfast spread everyday was soo soo good that you guys ensured to cater to every individual preference starting from a heavy eater to a calorie conscious eater as well. One thing which really touched my heart to core was that property ensured to keep stray dogs fed and also ensured to keep place for them to sleep inside the building , I was really touched by that gesture , I know not everyone has such big heart ♥️ Entire team"'s dedication to making the dining and stay experience enjoyable was commendable. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Lemon Tree, Viman Nagar, truly sets the bar high for hospitality. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning and staying everytime I visit Pune

Had a very pleasant stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. Best part about the stay was the hospitality. Staff is really nice, also went out of their way to make the stay better for me. Will definitely recommend the hotel. Will also like to specifically mention vishakha (from the front desk.

Over all it was very comfortable stay : 1 smooth checkin, 2 clean rooms, 3 clean washroom, 4 proper light in room, 5 staff listen to you and act, 6 good restaurant 7, taste of food is good, 8 smiling staff &.

The property is a decent property to stay. Had booked a business room which is a mid size room. The room was quite clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable as well. Overall a good place to stay.

What an amazing stay! i was not well, so they took extra care, asked me to stay till 3:30 pm fort he check out. And woven checked in with me multiple times! provided fruits, meds as well! this is a great hotel, flexible as well as agile!
