Facility is good, staff is has very casual attitude. Room was not preset with towers and water bottle. Reception are inattentive.

Washroom walls were stained and shower and jet spray were quiet dirty and old. Passage area was bit messy. Only ground floor is well designed. Paid rs. 210 for breakfast but everything was cold and tasteless. Room was big. Liked the planters kept everywhere

Location is prime. It's near by the main kharadi road. You have plenty of options to eat outside. The room was nice, clean and perfect for peaceful stay. I would highly recommend you this place if you want to stay at a good hotel & at an affordable price.

Property is average, room was also average neither small nor too spacious. Window in bathroom was slightly open (glass piece missing) no restaurant as renovation going on. I had map plan but hotel didn't bother to call asking for dinner, front office staff had excuses foe everything. No laundry service. Room was stinking as if not in use for quite some time. Ac was leaking and making loud noises. While reaching to hotel asked on phone for a landmark, staff could not provide a proper direction also

The service staff behaviour was rude, the hygiene was maintained, the food was also not good, in breakfast they should keep some variety. When i have asked for clean bed sheets, they were reluctant to provide, it takes me 2-3 hrs to change the room. The other room was also not good.

Terrible Stay

The lift wasn't working on day 1, asked them for lower floor room, said rooms aren't available. Even though they had empty rooms. Staff entered the room even after don't disturb tag was put outside door. Only give 1ltr water free. Standard across industry is at-least 2ltrs. I tried calling multiple times couldn't connect with the executive to explain the issue

Stay-bird areith pune ac and fan not working

The fan in the room is not working. The regulator is damaged. The ac does not working properly. When i complained about it, manager saying will repair it. Towel and water bottles are not provided. I have to call them twice to get things done. But overall it is not good experience.
