Ac didn't work for whole night. And they have kept the telephone away from the bed, near the tv, so that less customers call them for service issues.

Our stay at mag-nus was amazing. Staff is extremely courteous and welcoming right from reception till the house keeping all were very nyc staff at restaurant was also very polite and kind. Our stay was extremely amazing the hotel staff is really kind helpful and curteous it is a value for money stay. No pics taken

Hotel stay issues: fridges failed, breakfast ended early, and dinner service was poor. Cleanliness needs improvement. I recently stayed at your hotel twice, in rooms 203 and 503, and encountered several issues that need addressing. Both fridges were non-functional, which was particularly concerning as i needed to store my insulin injections. Despite lodging complaints multiple times, there was no resolution. Additionally, on the morning of november 22nd, i arrived for breakfast at 7:45 am only to find it had ended early due to unexpected guests. This delay impacted my schedule significantly. Furthermore, when i requested that my dinner plates be cleared, the waiter suggested i call room service instead of assisting directly. While i appreciate the spacious rooms and quality food, the cleanliness of the bathroom walls requires attention. Given my budget constraints and proximity to my office, i would consider returning if these issues are resolved. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Hotel is good and clean but staff attitude is average we have been charged for water rs40 per bottle no one to attend the morning buffet people were standing and waiting for the food to be replenished

Hotel room was so worst, don’t book the hotel based on the elevation of the hotel. Bathroom shower was not working at all. In fact, hot water was not coming. Bad was also not well in condition, and it seems that the bed sheet has not been washed since long. Ac was not working properly, including funny, but fact the telephone in the room was also not well in condition.

Room service and other facility are very good. But, only thing is water bottle they have provide extra as per requirement. They don't have to charge for extra bottle.

Poor service poor amenities food is bad only the location is good the room was smelly. Bathroom wasn't clean. Even after asking, no chair and the bathroom floor mat was given. Multiple follow-up calls needed to get the food. Restaurant staff is very slow. They didn't even toast the bread when you ask for cheese chill i toast.

The check-in process was very bad, took 30 mins for checking in and the receptionist was rude, also the room was very shady and seemed not safe that summed up my stay as very bad.

Location - Good Food - didn’t eat at the hotel Amenities - good Services - good Only problem is the initial cooling of the AC. Takes a while for the room to cool down. We saw 2-3 rooms all had the same issue. But besides that, no complains. Front desk and housekeeping staff very good. A very nice budget hotel and more importantly clean and well mantained.

I had the worst experience with the hotel. No one is bothered about the customer. I asked for extra water bottle and every time the staff says its chargeable. Dude, its self explanatory. treat customer as they cannot afford anything in your hotel. Rooms are not even locked properly because there locks are not working. To solve a simple query, they need 1 hour to respond. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
