Stayed here for a day to visit mandir. Requested for early check in which was denied and were asked to wait till 1pm. Requested to at least give a room to change as we had to leave for bhimashankar. Lady at front office told me that then housekeeping will have to clean two rooms, kaam badh jaega humara. Somebody check out in front of us so we requested to give same room. Then she called someone saying i got to know some guest are checking out and we will give your allotted room only but you need to wait for 30-40 min. After getting the room, bathroom latch was not working, no towels, no toiletries, no water, ac leaking. No idea why it took 40min to ready the room whereas no amenities were there. We didn’t complain but asked for the required things. Lady asked me to leave the room key so that they can get ac repaired, i denied that we are ok without ac but can’t leave keys. She said “aise nah i hota, ac to humein repair karwana padega”. So i said to change the room then, all went ok post that. During check out, they said you need to pay 200-300 for towel cleaning bcoz it has a tikka(puja tilak) stain. So we said that can be cleaned in laundry to that they said usko zyada mehnat karna padega. I have stayed in numerous hotels but haven’t experienced such customer service. After paying this is what i get. Not recommended. Not worth the experience you get.

Good hotel with spacious rooms. Service i would rate good as well. Only con is that hot water is only available in morning.

I had already paid to the hotel in advance and later they said that they will be shifting me to other property because there is some technical issue. I went there and later they said that that property is also full and made me move to another, after reaching there the property they offered had pathetic room with no ventilation. I requested them to give me the rooms for the category i had booked. And after so much heated conversation they gave me room at 12am at the same property i had booked

Property is good, rooms are good, service is average, food is good, staff is not so good and polite, front desk is slow, we request for 1 hour early check inn. But just opposite they gave us room 1 hour late. So funny and unprofessional for botel like this where you are claiming for 3 star and charging. Although food is good but breakfast has limited varity and agian service staff of kitchen is not good. They dont have any thing live. Like if you ask dosa or cold coffee or something else which is so genral. They dont have anything even omlette is not there.

Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are small but the shower is very good with 24hrs hot water. No hotel parking available. Had to park on road. Food is ok. Cleanliness and service is decent. Recommended for short business or family function stay.

Room was okay. Neat and clean. But accessories like towel, bed sheets not clean. Spoons were not available in sufficient quantity.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was quiet enough for a peaceful night.

The rooma was okay. However they are really poor in servie. They just gave a single towel, they took half of the rooms charge for an early checkin by 3 hrs. They also refused to pack the extra left over food when we dined in thier restaurants

Good hotel, good surrounding, breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. One lift was not working and one was in not so good condition.

The room was not up to the mark in comparison of hygiene water bottle was covered with dust washroom was not clean i dont know since how many months the soap was kept there i asked for plates and spoon they asked me to come down and get it also if a parcel came from zomato the room service didn't got it up i had to ho down and bring it its was not worth the amount i paid for stay won't recommend this hotel to anyone neither will visit again to this hotel very poor service and very unhygienic
