I stayed in maurya residency for 3 nights in pune during mid november 2024. I had a great time staying there. Very affordable place, close to fc road, the happening area in pune. The owner rajesh shetty was very cordial and hospitable. He helped me with suggestions regarding the places to eat & visit in pune. He even arranged for an economical cab at the last minute when i was trying to go to simhagadh. The staff at maurya residency were very nice & helpful too. Even though the hotel is there from many years, the rooms & bathrooms were kept very neat & clean. The hotel staff cleans them every day. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a very economical place near ferguson college. Great location too as many hotels are close by too.

Really nice place into the heart of the city and with very reasonable prices. Staff is good, cleanliness is good. Peaceful and fresh ambience. All the rooms are spacious and full of natural light.

If you prefer lodge then go for it

Hotel is very average hotel. Property very old and not maintain properly. Cleanliness not good. Beds are in very bad condition very very old beds not maintain. The only usp of hotel is location on fc road connect every where. Not wot h the cost charges to room

Property was well located. Staff behaviors was good but the hotel infrastructure was too poor and old fashioned. They must renovate the hotel otherwise it will be difficult for them to continue the business. The tv was not working. The air conditioners are old model window ac type. Although hotel price in normal in kind of pune city but the amenities were poor. They have to work hard to improve the image if they want to continue the hotel business.

Location is great, they provided towel and a small soap. Room had a working old box sized tv. I didn't tried food. Staff was very good, i asked for water bottle during dinner time, they assumed i was eating so they brought plates to eat in along with water bottle.

No restaurant order from outside which is expensive and not so good. Only egg dishes are on house.

It was a very comfortable stay. Spacious and clean room. Washroom were very clean. Everything is nearby location is very good.

It's a ordinary lodge. It is a budget hotel with no extra luxury. It is clean though all the furniture, tiles, electric and bathroom fittings are age old and over used. Located in the prime area is a major plus point.

Very good hotel. Comfortable and cozy. Very well located. On fc road, opposite the fergusson college gate. Lots of noise of traffic though but overall well furnished and good amenities

Good hotel to stay, it's old property so consider that. Staff were cooperative. I think the bedsheet was not that good. Otherwise as per budget it's ok.
