the hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but the experience inside was disappointing. while the rooms are newly refreshed, there’s no wow factor for the price paid. basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, and paste were missing, and we had to request them, only to receive them the next morning. additionally, the walls are poorly soundproofed, and noise from neighboring rooms was very disturbing. the breakfast was another letdown—just upma and a sandwich, which were subpar and barely edible. overall, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price or experience it offers.

Booking process is very easy through makemy trip. Reception was very good. People are very friendly. Room ambience is excellent. It's also near by airport. We all liked the room amenities. My boys were just loved the facilities. Room was very clean. Very good over all.

I liked the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, and price. The room is clean, has basic amenities. Can book if you are wanting to stay near airport. Outside guests are not allowed, but they must allow for a few hours.

Beautiful hotel. Pleasant interiors. You can hear birds chirping from the balcony. I traveled with my family. Really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect.

The property is good and has basic well maintained rooms. Car park is also available within the premises. Location is very convenient. No complain or issues. However, i was not happy with the service. For a double occupancy room with two people, there was only one set of towels (one bath towel and one hand towel, one water bottle, one tea bag. Any additional request is provided at a cost. I had requested for an early check-in if possible ac also not working.

We have to change the date of booking, but they didn't allow and we never stayed there and no refund. Worst response from this hotel.

The property is good and has basic well maintained rooms. Car park is also available within the premises. Location is very convenient. No complain or issues. However, i was not happy with the service. For a double occupancy room with two people, there was only one set of towels (one bath towel and one hand towel, one water bottle, one tea bag. Any additional request is provided at a cost. I had requested for an early check-in if possible. I was quoted inr 1500- for an hour which was exorbitant ( equivalent to 50% of the total room cost paid for a night. Customer experience is not pleasant.

Clean newly done up room rooms, it ac makes some noise. Good location, close to kp and other famous spots of buzzing areas in pune. Check in experycoulve been faster as waited for 15-20mins
