Good Stay

The room accommodation is good, food quality is average and overpriced. And the reception person wasn't aware of inclusive amenities that i was offered on site while booking a super deluxe room. He asked for laundry charges and made fun when asked about complimentary tea. Extremely rude. I was in a hectic travelling schedule for over a month.

Excellent stay

The hotel is good and as it is little inside from the main road so no traffic noise. The rooms are clean and staff are helpful. The breakfast quality is not that great. Better to book the hotel only for stay and have the breakfast in the restaurant which is just 5 min from the hotel. Stay wise the hotel is excellent.

Average room with unhygienic bathroom and toilet.

Room was average and charging ports were on center of bed which was very uncomfortable. Bathroom and toilet was in a very bad condition with calcium stains on bucket and mug. There was no fan in the cafeteria and we had to ask for a floor fan. Only grace was that the hotel staff was cordial and supportive.

Just so so to pass a night when travel-ling on business. Washrooms are ill equipped. Tv was not working and so was the electric kettle in room. Limited choice for breakfast.

Worse than an Oyo. Ceilings filled with fungus, untidy towels, inadequate toilet kits, dull lighting, and regular power cuts. And above all, unresponsive and incompetent staff

Worst experience

I was booked that hotel on the promise of early check in and same was offered during special package of super delux room when i was reached they telling me due to non availability i have to pay 2500 extra for the arrangement of another room for some period till the availability of super delux room even chef was not available for lunch in super delux there is two bed arrangement but when i went to the super delux room they do arrangement of matterress on ground pathetic arrangement in toiletries we have to ask for each every needs things are not in placed. The staff seemed indifferent to my complaints, offering no apologies for the inconvenience. As i settled into the makeshift accommodations, i couldn’t help but feel misled by their promotional materials. Each request for basic amenities was met with delays, further adding to my frustration. By the end of the day, i was left wondering if i would ever receive the experience i had originally paid for.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available for every meal. The hotel staff were attentive and ensured that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The cleanliness and attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas were impressive. Disappointing and avoidable

Stay was ok room n washrooms well maintained. From main road to location walking is not possible due to street dogs round the clock. We could not taste or had our breakfast / lunch / dinner because we were pure vegetarians and they had small kitchen with all veg n non-veg stored in same fridge and being cooked in same vessels
