Location i was found through my brother, he is currently in pune. Hotel service was very good. If anyone is staying in pune i will sajested to stay in ocatve bund garden hotel. I will rate 10/10 to this hotel.

Octave bund garden is located just near the metro station, hence best place to go around pune. The hotel is retro but has all amenities including a veg italian restaurant in the ground floor. The staffs here are very helpful and decent. Price is low.

Hygiene was terrible. Dirty bed sheet & pillow covers & stinking pillows. Torn and dirt door mat. Uncleaned walls, windows and bathroom door.

Hotel in picture and real is far different. There is no parking for vechile hotel location not found on maps it took me more than half hour to find hotel

Room service not available no intercom to connect to reception area. And hotel is in low network area and cellphone have network issue

Hotel donot provide intercom service and is in low lying network area where mobile phone donot work properly. Moreover no kitchen facility available

Lift maintenance very poor pillows are dirty ac switches not working hot water not adequate room smell awful. you should have asked, while we are staying at hotel

The rooms were shabby. We were given twin beds instead of a king sized bed. There was construction going on in one of the rooms which was very irritating because of the constant noise of drilling. The staff was alright but overall the hotel was very old and shabby. Not worth the stay at all.
