First of all they refused to give the room of the online booking. After some time they gave me a room, which was very dirty, the bathroom was also dirty.

The hotel located in quite risky to reach because to reach there the road is soo sloppy, and they have quite big area occupied which is good to seat and romeo around but the worst is off beds and rooms the rooms are not at all good even bedsheets have stains on then, rooms are soo smelly and washrooms are also broken at toilets tabs(which we got) and even there was a worm in the bathroom, there was tv but there was not connection! people over there were friendly the staff was too friendly but then though i wouldn’t rate it much due to rooms. Food was decent as we ordered panner chile. Amenities was also not as described! the only thing if one would choose this resort would be due to swimming pool at very cheap rates.

Response from the staff was very much careless, lithargic, non attentive right from the start. The receptionist doesn't know the booking was already done & charges are already paid. She demanded for the same. After showing the confirmation receipt by me, the issue was settled. Attendant boy was soo careless & lithargic, early morning went for hot water. Nobody was on counter, after demanding, water heater was handed. They don't know the requirement of customer. Even after showing the anger, the boy was very much reluctant to come out of his bed at 7. 35 am. Very strange attitude. Show no expression. Even they have not told us @ courtesy breakfast to be offered by you. They should have told to us right at the start. No drinking water facility (provided half litre single bottle for couple, door stopper was not working, no boy attendant for luggage at the time of checkout. If you are giving the resort on rent for someone. They don't know. How to behave with aged persons? take care. Spoil the name of resort. Very bad experience. Never come in future & not allow to come to anyone close to me. Very much irritating experience i have taken

Service is okay. Rooms are not that much clean. Foo-rd quality is good. Loud dj music was constantly played. Drunken customers were there. Rooms safety i. E. Locks were not in working condition. Doors were jammed of balcony and washroom. Balconies of all rooms are attached to one another, that's why it was risky to have a stay over there

This resort property is tucked up a small hill near katraj chowk. Good clean rooms, very friendly staff, especially amar, who was just a call away. Right from giving directions to place, getting me checked in, sorting out any needs qui kly, handling my food needs, and offering me better daily rates. Not crowded even on weekend. If you need a quick getaway right inside pune city. This is best bet. Con : there are no signboards anywhere, even localites don't know where it is. Tv channels no subscription.

Approch road was very bad but the person guided properly. Room was good. Bathroom were not in good condition swimming pool was below average food was horrible
