Extra bed was like a dharamshala setup. Dinner was a set meal. Absolutely not vfm. Checkin/checkout was smooth. Breakfast ok. Rooms & fittings old and didn’t justify the tariff

Very unclean rooms. There were cocroaches all around. I requested thrice and then they shifted my room which had lizard and then the room was again shifted which was better than other rooms i would not recommend a stay here considering bad in cleanliness. However staff is co-operative and polite to talk. It seems they also are aware of unclean rooms and hence agree to untideness.

I was waiting in lobby fr 30min to get my room even i checked in @ 1930hrs and room switch are not functioning and then changes to other room @ 10:30pm tat room keys are not working and bathroom water leaks and then changed to other room which was just o key but their quality of room is not great now a days we have been staying since 6-7 times in last 6 months but this time it was terrible food was not great they use a paper cut for juice and no fruits are served until we request for it.

1. Ac not working 2. Table lamps not working 3. Very dim light in room and no provision for good reading lights 4. Tv worked only first day. Did not work for next 3 days despite complaint 5. Bathtub very small and doesn’t match the photo given. Food was good, staff courteous. Room very dark because floor wood also black and not enough light in room

Ac was not working properly. We tried so many times after 2 hrs slight cooling effect we feel. Hotel having centralised ac only.
