Room is good. Ac was not working properly. Informed them. Even though they assured a room change till now no response. No generator. Power cuts are horrible. No proper response from reception

Very bad experience seepage in room, solar geyser not working, lift not working, landline not working, shaving kit, dental kit etc not available. Restaurant is not part of hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the service there is also nice, the room for family has a nice experience, i like the toilet very much, the bed room is clean and the location is great. The restaurant is also great so i really liked the hotel

Bad rooms, fungus growing on the head board, room doors without handles, lift does not work, had to climb to the 3rd floor with luggage. Breakfast is a poor assortment served after 8:30am in the room.

Hygiene is not maintained properly. Bedsheets and pillow covers are bad. I think used before my stay also and not changed. No breakfast facility available in the morning. Even a cup of tea is not there before 12pm. No power backup

Broken toilets, broken shelf, Shabby beddings which were not fresh, as if someone had used them earlier, no toiletries. AC for room fixed at 22 degrees, which left no option then to cover self with smelling quilts … Non courteous staff… WORST ever experience I had in the hotel. checked out in 7 hrs. Property should be delisted

It's is the worst experience ever have. Room is not cleaned, book for breakfast, breakfast is not available. Half of the time electricity has been gone. Poor service

We booked delux room, as shown on photos room was nice and clean. But no service. Intercom not working. Have to contact front desk over mobile. No tea, no breakfast service. Washroom tap faulty. No hot water for bath. After complaint to front desk which were cooperative solved the problem after half an hour.

It's under renovation. Both the taps either offer cold a hot, they will give soaps and bottles for rooms, not for the people. Breakfast - it was also offered for the room and very limited. People are rough and careless. Charges are skyhigh and service and facilities are rock bottom. Disappointing experience. Mm t promotes this hotel and it's rediculous.

Hotel is simply pathetic. Booked suite room there. Room was dirty. It was full damp and the damp smell coming from the room. There was no glass on bathroom window. Toilet seat was missing. Staff was uneducated and not able to understand the issue. Breakfast was not given too.

It's good for stay but other facilities like cab facilities not provided by hotel and breakfast is very bad, they provide us a single dish in breakfast. Last time when i stay in rester select first day they provide poha (made of poha rice + turmeric poweder + salt + oil only) in breakfast, and an other days they provide single dish i did not get other option in breakfast. I don't thik that we pit 400 extra for breakfast is value for money.
