The listing includes several photos of a different flat. The living area had a strong smell of smoke. The caretaker was decent, but overall, this place seems more suited for couples and singles rather than families.

Terrible experience at hotel royal nest amanora park i recently booked a room at hotel royal nest amanora park, and it was a complete disaster. Instead of the room i reserved, i was shifted to another building with no view whatsoever. The caretaker, vikas, was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. The owner, rajiv, was equally non-cooperative when i tried to address the issues. Overall, i had a frustrating stay and would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Save your money and find a better place!

I booked for their service in future tower, they shifted me without any intimation to aspire tower. so called host is useless guy. He doesn't give any communication to any one. You will made stand a main security area, before boss finds out time & establishes contact with security official. Once in, you will have to another arrogant guy to open the door. Than he will do all his checking including payment made, photo of payment proof, others stuff. Order food, he have his own set of exorbitant price list. You have be in time to place order, or else you will be without food at aspire ( * zomato available through) gives me a feeling, you finding a hospital bed after lot of struggle. Amanora like always has good infrastructure including plea-sent view. But people at your service are very bad. Imagine, they won't even give u a glass of water on their own. No glass at at aspire 14th floor. Made to drink the same thru plastic bottles. Horrible to say the least. People like come their for official convenience.

The flat was well maintained, they gave us a free upgrade to a better room with attached bathroom whereas the room we booked did not have it. It had a great view, was on 14th floor. Location was a bit hard to find but the host helped, even though we were calling at midnight. All facilities and room was clean and well maintained. It was one room in a very big luxury apartment which had 6+ bedrooms, one huge hall and a kitchen.

Excellent location. Central place with malls and nice eating places. Very good view from our balcony of the pune skyline.

The location was good but the experience was bad. We had booked 4 rooms in the same flat but we were given 2 rooms in different floors. The ac of one room not working. And there was no power supply in one floor where we had 2 rooms. No power supply in one floor and all 6 were adjusted in one room. Moreover, the bed was broken and it was a nightmare. 3 rooms was not functional due to no ac in one room and no electricity all night and top of it broken bed. Very poorly managed property and i would not recommend at this moment.

The experience was terrible! i had informed to owner i will check- in late; and on doing so, the rooms i had booked was given to someone else and i had to go to a completely different location approximately 1. 3kms away! no cab service or travel arrangements was made for that! i had arrived at 11. 45pm and had to walk all the way to the new location, and got a single room instead of 2! upon complain to mmt service, the owner talked with mmt and said he gave two rooms and not just one! such lies! and after ending call with mmt the owner said at 1. 30 at midnight to leave the room and go someplace else. Its a crime to pay for good looking rooms and not to complain upon in not getting the rooms paid for!

It is a stay in a luxurious apartment. It is popular with business travellers, families, ladies, and large groups. Homely, healthy food is good and reasonably priced relative to restaurants, at the same time restaurants and shops are available in the same complex for almost every need. Caretakers take care of laundry, ironing at reasonable price, as well as let you do it yourself, if you prefer. Clean place with good security of a gated community. Looking forward to returning again, when booking is available.

It’s a room in one of the apartment with ok facility. You have to shared space with other members. The amanora is quite kind of maze bhul bhulaiya architect which makes difficult to locate the flat. Also you are not provided with any keys or card to enter and every-time you have to call the caretaker who is either not available or delayed as he will be staying in some other apartment/floor. Need proper management

Where i booked the room is actually not a hotel but it's like air bnb kind of arrangements. On mm t it is shown as proper hotel which is misleading. This property is in residential complex where 4 bhk flat converted into lodging. That's what not we were expecting.

The location of the hotel is wrong, the food location is 900 meters, the service is good. Food rates in hotels are very high. So i prepare outside meals.

A very good place for a stay. The hygiene is good and can be value stay for many. I have been staying here multiple times and always return back because of the good staff and value stay.

Property is good,very nice location,20th floor,view is so nice…only the problem is they dont have basic amanities like mirror and wardrobe in economy room..Also washroom is also outside the room..book it on ur own risk.
