Very poorly serviced apartment

The address given was not proper. Despite intimating about late nit arrival there was no one to receive and take us to the apartment. After repeated calls we were given instruction to reach suite which was individual owner apt, digital lock access code was sent on mobile. No towels, drinking water or soap was arranged. Had to call servant by repeated calls to get these things. They mentioned three bedrooms with three toilets but actually there were only two toilets. In the morning not even cup of tea was available nor anybody for service. We left the place at nine o clock on our own. Very hopeless service. Don't recommend any one.
