Dirty bedsheets and towels. Washroom is not hygiene. Too much of noise from ac. No cleaning done, too much of dust.

Also the stay was made better with constant assistance from the staff. An overall nice experience here the overall service and experience was nice. The room was very well-facilitated and clean.

There was no water heater provided and rooms were not clean. Only one room had geyser and we had to take bath in it only. Bad experience

Poor hygiene, ac was not working. Not maintained, cloths were dirty, bed sheet and towels. Cleanliness was not maintained. One good thing is there it is nearest to main road. So many used things are there in the room, washroom was not not that good. Tap was broken. It was very uncomfortable to stay inside. Staff was cooperative but property was not good. Lock system was so poor.

The first day was awesome. Staff was friendly and soo very helping ! i loved their character the way they treated and it was hassle free in all the acts from booking till experiencing the stay! they helped me very well, manager was kind and well spoken! helpful l and friendly over all my stay was fabulous and next time i visit pune i'll be staying at the same hotel! accomodation and the rooms were clean n no disturbance at all! i loved the booking experience and stay at are k exclusive! thank you team makemytrip !

Horrible rooms

Initially he denied that i cannot give you room at this rate but since we were late so he agreed. The hotel is very old. There is one broken washbasin. When i asked him that there is no washbasin then he said yes. We don't have it.

Location is good but hygiene is very poor. Safety standards are also poor. Sanitation is pathatic.

Very budget booking price. The reception was unclear about the payment which I told them was already done. Was allocated room that was infected with cockroach (reception had told me this is the best room, but there was garbage just outside the door! Moved to other which did not have the AC working! Reception told me AC was switched on after long time so it takes time to cool! but it did not! Moved to 306, better than the earlier ones. However common issues in all rooms were linen was not clean, had multiple spots making it look very unhygienic, toilets and bathroom were akin to public toilets, not sure when they were last cleaned properly! 306 had used condoms littered around the bathroom window! Had requested for an iron in the evening but the reception did not have it and looked surprised at the ask! Rather forgetful budget hotel stay, but I see this is the state of most OYO budget stays.

Location is good not very far. It's in the road.
