The property is located in a prime location near Dmart, Hinjewadi Phase 1. The staff is supportive and the food is good. However, the property lacks maintenance and cleanliness. Cockroaches and bed bugs were found in the rooms, and the bedsheets and towels were not clean. The bathroom flush was not working in some rooms. Some guests also complained about rude staff and poor service. Complimentary items like water bottles and breakfast were not provided as promised.
