Service staff was good. Maintenance of rooms was terrible. Bathroom door lock was not working in the first room that we were given. Toilet shower jet was faulty in the second room that we were given. Cockroaches were seen in plenty within the room. Moreover room, basin, toilet were not kept clean by oyo Townhouse 177 Belawadi Pube.

The hotel is located on a strategic location quite close to the balewadi high street. The service and treatment was quite good. The staff was polite and proactive in responding to the requests made. The room was clean and tidy. I would book again in future for my stay.

Very bad, doors not getting locked, phone is not working, very poor staff, no iron box available, vacated the hotel in a day even though paid in advance for 2 days. No refund received. Nobody should ever visit such a horrible hotel.

I had a terrible experience during my 3-day stay. The bathroom was dirty, and the rooms were dusty. Despite requesting room service for cleaning, there was no response. The check-in process was also strict, even when we offered to pay extra charges for an early check-in. To make matters worse, the lift was not working on the first day, and it took continuous requests for them to switch it on. The dirty rooms and bathrooms made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad experience! i was travel-ling with family my stay was for 2 days. Tv was not working next day there was no water in bathroom and washroom. We had plans that day but had to cancel plan and return home as there was no water. Waited for 6/7 hrs called multiple times but they couldn’t arrange a plumber and check the issue. Verry disappointed

The location is good. Rooms are spacious, clean. But there were functional problems during my stay. Lifts were not working and my room was in 5th floor. A few days bathroom tap water was not working in the morning. Staffs were helpless. Owner should look into the matter and take action. I hope these were just a temporary issue and they fix it in long term.
