Great stay at townhouse oak hadapsar. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent linens. The staff were friendly and helpful, my 2 year toddler enjoyed a lot in bathtub. The location was bit far from city center but that would not be an issue if you have your own personal vehicle. There are enough breakfast and dining options on walking distance nearby to hotel.

Great stay at townhouse oak hadapsar. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent linens. The staff were friendly and helpful, my 2 year toddler enjoyed a lot in bathtub. The location was bit far from city center but that would not be an issue if you have your own personal vehicle. Towels & soap not provided even after reminders. Bed sheets were not changed for 2 days. Poor hygiene standards. Need to improve a lot.

Only one person in whole hotel on reception, ac is not working, no fan, hotel's out side many people drunk and interd in hotel

It's actually good but bed was not clean i mean to say bedsheet and apart from that tv was not working wifi password was not given breakfast was not available nearby as i was not booked with breakfast it's far from that stuff

Poor service

The management was least interested in serving the customer. Upon request to give tea and breakfast early in the morning, the damager, means manager didn't take any interest in providing the same. I had done booking including breakfast. But i wast neither given tea nor any breakfast. Also no apologies. I think they are in wrong business. Rooms were ok. Cleanliness was reasonable. But will not recommend anyone

One of the horrible experience, no proper service given! actually they dont have workers over there to give service, only one boy to check over all 15 rooms. They didnt even have mineral water to provide, took money for breakfast but no breakfast provided, i dint understand, how come make my trip tie up with such hotels. One of the worst hotel visited!

No proper direction on maps, no breakfast provided even though we paid for it, no service provided, not even proper drinking mineral water

I have never seen such kind of hotel where there is no facility, no service at all! you people took money and then not providing breakfast is just horrible!

worst hotel

no water in the toilet, no blankets, no bed sheet.Guest were shouting in the hotel till 4AM in the corridor. The entrance is like for under-construction building.

The hotel is not so clean and neat as shown in the pictures. The mattress were old and torn and washrooms are not upto the mark.
