The room didn’t have a window pane for the toilet. The commode seat had stains on it. The sofa covers were dirty. It needs a big overhaul on the maintenance of the whole property.

I had booked presidential suite. But it was not upto y he standards of the name it gave. It was overall a very goof suite. Rooms bed all good. Amenities also nice. Furniture was good. Bathroom was very small. Just had higher expectations when you call it presidential suite.

The suite is secluded from the rest of the world, featuring a subtly decorated mini flat with a small kitchen, a hall with a balcony and dining table, and a bedroom. We arrived at the property around 10-11 pm, and they were kind enough to check us in and deliver our many swiggy orders to our doorstep without any issues. We had a very comfortable sleep and were on our way the next morning. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the property. I would recommend this property for a small group of friends or a couple.

Been there many times. Never disappoints. Gets better every time. The service here is unmatched, probably the best in the world. This is based on my experience of travel-ling to four continents, many visits and covering a long time frame. Looking forward to my next visit

Hi, the ambience of the suite is very dull. There’s no freshness to the rooms. Ac works very slowly, bed mattress is very very hard and it’s really uncomfortable. Washroom is very dark, and there’s a distinctive odour always. Kitchenette is not equipped properly. Cutlery is not clean t well. Aqua guard has come to service. Curtains in all rooms doesn’t cover properly, there’s a gap in the window how hard you try, they don’t cover full. Food wise it’s average. They can’t make good food.

Think twice before booking suite in this high-commercial hotel.

Hotel management needs to understand what hospitality means. Hotel management needs to hire some employees who have studied hotel management and with work experience in reputed hotels. Hotel staff is very rude, arrogant and careless. No tea / coffee bags in the suite. Soap dispensers were not working. Intermittent hot water in bathroom. Suite tarrif is very high. Comparable or more to suite tarrif in gurugram. Hotel management is after making money and shows no respect towards customer. No long term vision from hotel management.

Near and clean room, all basic amenities available. Room size is big enough with living rooms and all kitchen utilities. Good location too

Rooms were not given in the tattva suits as they had some other bookings. The flush was not working and rooms unhygienic. They also refused to provide the gst bill for stay on demand. Pols don’t book this suite. Hope mm t takes this feedback seriously.
