Everything is good, except the wifi speed inside the room. It's hardly 39 mbps. Otherwise their food and other facilities are good

Simply great. Outside and the lobby seem a bit rundown or shabby, but the rooms are simply fab! i did have wifi issues initially, but the staff came and prompt solved it all. Would definitely reccomend.

Hotel is centrally located in heart of city. It was short trip. Staff was supportive. Rooms are good but some renovation is going on.

Denied checking in. Was allowed later after waiting for 30 mins despite payment made in advance and discussion with hotel.

Disappointing stay at central park hotel our recent stay at central park hotel was unfortunately marred by several issues. The check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy, taking nearly 30 minutes to verify room availability. Upon entering the room, we were met with unclean bed sheets, towels, and pillowcases that had a foul odor. Despite multiple calls to room service for a complimentary fruit basket, it was never delivered. The staff member we spoke to on the phone was also quite rude to my wife when she inquired about the delayed delivery. While we were disappointed with these experiences, we hope the hotel will take these issues seriously and improve its service standards in the future.

I booked 1 day before and asked if they could give the room but they denied and asked me to call mm t and when i called the mm t they denied there as well. And then i booked from mm t for 1st december, it took 30 minutes to give room to me.

This isn't your average hotel with mega chains and franchisee swag. Central park has been holding its own among-st multiple big international giants and doing what it does best, top quality hospitality. Rooms are in great shape considering the property age and so are the bathrooms, fixtures, lifts, lobby areas etc. Their ground floor restaurant could do a bit of a renovation as the ambience seems rather dated and bears a lot of wear and tear signs. Buffet breakfast is average and could be better. Staff is top notch in being attentive and highly responsive to your needs. Not the kind where you would be harassed if there was a check out delay or asked for an extra bottle of water. Great value for money considering the location. Perfect central stay option in pune. Lots of complimentary goodies in the room. If you want their fresh fruit basket. Ask for it. Not interested

Not satisfied with the room services - had to call 4 times to get a glass of milk and ended up hearing - we have forwarded your request what else can we do? had to ask every time for towels. I was accompanied by cockroaches in the room and even on breakfast plates.

T had a great experience staying at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. The food quality was excellent, and the overall service was very good. A special mention to mr. Nainesh idnani for his exceptional behavior and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel was very decent. It was clean and nice and the rooms were also very good. I checked in late so they were kind enough to let me check out late. Only disappointed was the room service as i called late after work and check in to eat something but they couldn’t offer much except for a sandwich which was very over priced for the taste and food they offered. Overall loved the stay but didn’t enjoy the food at all.
