My stay was quite hassle free. Given the hotel is located in the industrial hub, and budget friendly yet not cheap to attract masses, i would say i got the worth for my money. I was to visit a few temples near dehu road and from mumbai. @20 minutes distance, this hotel was quite handy and decent if not elegant for a family stay.

Room service takes 40-45 minutes for an order, otherwise rest of points such as cleanliness and wifi were fine, plumbing of shower was also bit faulty

Very short stay overnight. Couple of points to highlight - food quality needs improvement and no valet available for car parking. Also, you need to carry your luggage from your car to hotel reception which may be challenging for many.

Hotel stay was satisfactory. Rooms could be cleaner and more hygienic. Breakfast options were limited. Overpriced as compared to facilities and no covered parking for caravans.

Rooms were good but no basic facilities like garden to walk, gym or swimming pool. Just stay in room and have food in restaurants is only options when staying here in fern pune.

It was a nice stay with neat and clean rooms and a washroom i wanted to extend the room by 30-45 mins after the checkout time and they were happy to help the buffet breakfast was good and the serving team was prompt in getting the orders from live menu

The property was easy to find. The room was really well maintained and exceptional. The in-house restaurant had really good food. It was easy on the palette and didn't feel heavy. The room service and security guards were very helpful and prompt in their service offering help up front whenever we required. The cleanliness of the room and washrooms was also top notch.

A decent stay; but don't have high expectations

This was a group booking with families. On the whole the fern lived up to its reputation of offering comfort and hygiene. We didn't have too many reasons to complain, but i felt that the check-in process could have been better especially with bell boys. There was no assistance offered by the security or staff. The breakfast was decent with some variety. The security guard seemed more interested in watching reels than securing the hotel in any shape or form.
