Location is not very difficult to locate and the rooms are neat and tidy. The staff is pretty polite and helpful as well.

I had a really overall pleasant experience. Positives: 1. Check-in was smooth, i arrived at around 4am, the guy got up, was understanding of the time and checked me in promptly. 2. Was able to easily extend the time as the room i was staying was available! 3. The room service was prompt and i have no complaints about the food. Was acceptable. No regrets 4. Watchman was nice and well behaved as well! 5. Quite spacious, clean room. 6. Good ambiance.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, the service was excellent, and the polite staff ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend!

It was a nice stay as hotel was little bit in the conjusted area but it had good parking space also room was spacious and well cleaned. Service was good and fast. Overall it was very much within budget and more than just value for money.

The hotel was decent, however the intercom and ac was not working. Ac was not cooling the room. Further, for any request, we had to go to the reception and there is no direct number. Further, as a basic courtesy, if room is booked for 2, then toiletries and towels should be kept for atleast 2 people until and unless asked for additional, however hotel failed to do that as well.

Rooms were extremely clean. Spacious rooms. Hot water also available. It would be great if they would provide with breakfast options. Their kitchen itself opens at 11 am. Rest everything is perfect at the hotel. Would highly recommend for families and couples.

I had an outstanding stay at town house thegrand imperial. The room was spotless, with modern amenities and a super comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions. The on-site restaurant and breakfast were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Proerty have gender issues to check in. No cooperation towards customers also delayed and worst customer support from makemytrip helpline.

The hotel is new but looks like situated in a residential complex rooms are neat and clean but lacks basic amenities hot water kettle was there but no coffee/ tea pouches or sugar towels and napkins were missing one window doesn’t have curtains restaurants asking payment immediately after delivering food in the room premium look but lacks premium experience
