The hotel rooms should be more better as per the price they are charging. The receptionist needs to be a bit polite.

Everything was average. Warmness in staff was lacking. In today's competitive market staff should be more enthusiastic. Breakfast area needs to be improved.

Water kettle broken. Ordered empty plate which took 1hr to arrive, asked for iron at night as had to leave early morning and they said will give in morning and in morning answer comes we’ll see if we have.

Nice stay with family good location we have reached at midnight around 4 am due to flight delays only 1 thing we face in night we dint find water bottle in room, we have call reception and room service but no response, mini bar also empty. Please take care after this small things

Location is very near to shri dagdu sheath ganpati temple, neat and clean. The staff is also very cooperative. The only negative point is their check in time which is 12 pm. So for any working professional who visits pune for official meeting purpose, can't accommodate this check time. So we had to pay extra for early check-in.

It was an okay stay, place is close to swargate bus drop off point. Place was quite, overall an average experience, its overpriced. Breakfast service was also average.

Hotel is good. Location is quite fine to central place of pune. Food quality is also good. Swargate bus depo near to hotel.

It is located in congested area and nu car parking and does not have integrated restaurant. Room cleanliness is ok. Even the lift size is very small. The money what we pay is not giving value to us

It was really worst. Not at all clean property. I only know how i spent a night there. I was not even able to enter into washroom

Everything was good. Liked the food as well. The service at the property was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

Functional hotel, fairly clean, did not eat there, have parking space. Did not understand the cleaning process as we stayed for two nights but the room wasn’t cleaned. Asked for a comb twice never came. But still a decent hotel if you need to stay in that area. Saw a newer place next to it, but wasn’t on mmt.

I had a pleasant stay at grand tulip. Staff was courteous and room was nice but a bit dated. Wi-fi was not working.
