Not worthy for the amount charged for the stay. The room assigned was not worthy for spent. The hotel is too old.

The room was fine. Valet service was not good. They asked me if they can park my vehicle at basement. I dont understand why my car was full of dust over it. My neck pillow which is suppose to be inside the car was totally spoiled with dust and mud. We asked the hotel to bring our luggage at chec out as we were busy in a conference at the same venue, a charger was missing which might have been plugged to the board.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The only issue was with the food. I had ordered chicken hakka noodles which were extremely oily. Otherwise the stay was good

President is a centrally placed good hotel with all modern amenities. It’s a welknown hotel. I have enjoyed staying there many times.

Hotel is centrally located more suitable for functions and gathering. They have too many uneven surfaces which may be suitable for elderly travelers

1. Need lit-tel more maintenance 2. Staff is not responsible, i requested them to check for tv connection but they never comeback. It as for my kid so disappointed. 3. I checked in night, but there was mosquito, after checking i noticed window was open. So ideally the staff need to make sure after checkout things should be in place. 4. There alimra was not opening, there was a big door which i think was connecting to other room. This is little suspicious.

Large rooms, clean, one of the best locations, and yet locating it was difficult as it is in a narrow road with no clear direction boards. One big drawback: the shower delivers only a very scarce amount of water (almost no water) - seems clogged and unattended for too long. No warm water was available at about 8 in the morning! there was a door that could open into the room with no provision to latch it from inside, hence no feeling of security or privacy.

The rooms are good. The food is great! the staff is nice. But there were some minor glitches. I was expecting more toiletries in the bathroom. The shower gel was missing. The noise isolation was a problem. I was able to hear noises from the next room.
