The hotel i was staying in, had broken shower. The washroom was so dirty, it had mud in the commode & also had stains in it. The most main thing i'd like to showcase was that there were so many cockroaches in the room. More than a dozen of them roaming & it made me ill.

The rooms, although are big, but most rooms are dirty and most of the amenities they list on their website is not provided or if provided, are not in a working condition. Services provided are terrible and are always delayed. My experience has deteriorated over the time about this place. I really do not recommend this place for any family or couples to plan a visit and stay. Staff was bit rude at the time of check-in and have booked including breakfast but they denied to provide breakfast

No soap for bath, no water given no staff response properly with customer, breakfast included in my booked, receptionist told me call to customer care and demand for refund, is this service ?

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The cleanliness was absolutely pathetic – the room felt unkempt and unhygienic, making my stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no room service provided during my entire stay. The lack of attention to basic hospitality standards is shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and well-serviced accommodation.

The hotel was good but the staff is not good. Cleaning of the room was not also good. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel but it was included in booking. The door lock was not working properly.

Worst place. West of money.. Very dirty blankets and pillow tried to connect reception, no one is responding. It's the really worst place i have ever stayed. Please, anyone, don't go to stay here.

Hello, i had booked a room for one day from 28th to 29th july at townhouse somani tc in pune with makemytrip including all meals breakfast, lunch and dinner but didn’t received any of them. They inform us to escalate you and get refund amount excluding lunch and dinner.

It was bad experience.

Unhigenic. The floor was not clean so we contacted staff to clean it but still they didn't come to clean it. The pillow covers & mat was dirty. The flush tank is not working properly.

Worst experience non hyginic washroom flush not working.No Bucket was there.ZERO hospitality from Hotel team. bedsheet were all stained by.dust. room was having bad odour staff was irresponsible. Everthing was Bad with Hotel please dont go and stay they are . best for marriage purpose.only .where hygine doesnt matter at all.
