Terrible Stay

The breakfast was worst ever i had in my life. The lobby and restaurant is smelling horrible.

This place is astonishingly bad. The rooms are terrible, bed sheets look unclean - in fact staying there felt uncomfortable. The wardrobes were highly dated with dirt, you would not want to use them. The amenities were also missing unless asked for. I regretted booking this place. The restaurant within the hotel is also old, with visibly bad infrastructure. The breakfast had no variety, food seemed terrible as well. We barely ate anything there. When asked for some sort of an egg-based item, they outright refused.

Hotel is good. Bar facility also good. Morning breakfast food have limited options and also majority south indian food. Some more options need to add in breakfast to make it more attractive.

Hotel reception staffs are very rude not allows guest to meet in room. Always ask for identity before entering the room.

Wash room is not clean, toilet seat is broken, wash basin is fully filled with water and not daning. Breakfast is not at all good. The prise is to high as compared to service.

Receptionist rude

Stay at the brahma regency was good. They offer good service and good food plus hygiene. But their receptionist kumar is a very rude person and not at all cooperative. Because of him i had a very terrible experience at the hotel.

Good Stay

Hotel was good, neat and clean. Except ac stopped functioning at midnight. Also one room had a smoker occupant prior to us probably so the smoke smell was lingering and also ash tray was yet to be cleared. Wash room and upholstery was however clean.

Price too high. Unprofessional people. Breakfast and room service pathetic. Bedsheets and towels are not clean. No slippers, no tea coffee. No tea before 6. 30pm. Horriblw

Stayed here for a day. 1. Breakfast- the buffet offered is below par and other hotels charging the same per day tariff are offering much better breakfast. The cleanliness of the dining area is also bad. 2. Staff- They are not very friendly. Had an altercation between the hotel manager and Treebo team as the hotel refused to accept the amount which was fixed by treebo for early checking. 3. Room shower 🚿 not working properly, commode is also leaked, no shop, no body lotion. Than why they are charged this much I don't understand. this was a very poor experience.
