Terrible Stay

It was a very bad hotel. There were only 2 staff in the hotel, they were the cook, the cleaners and the reception. They used to make poha for breakfast and serve it themselves. The behaviour of both the staff was very poor. Even a water bottle was not provided. There was only one towel for 2 guests and that too they had to use the same towel for entire 7 days. There is a lot more to say, i can just say this much, this hotel and the staff there was the worst experience of my life.

Room was good but breakfast was not great. Hotel was in very silent area. Room tv was not working. Wait. Room was good, service was 24/7 but breakfast was not great. Hotel was in very silent area. Room tv was not working. Balcony was not clean. If you exclude breakfast it was a good experience.

I was there for 8 days rooms were good but behaviour of staff need to improve, no proper breakfast was provided no juice no water bottles in room. Situated in corner of society need to walk min 500 mtr to be on main road

This is not hotel this is 12bhk flat convert to hotel. Rooms are very old and smell coming from the bathroom.

Old is not gold

The hotel is in a nice locality very far from the main road. Furniture and decor is not upgraded and it's stuck in the past. Service is absolute zero. No water or towel kept in the room when the requested caretaker he will give it in the morning. Mattress was worn out. When i complained about the mattresses to the caretaker. He called manager and manager told the caretaker " to ask the guest to adjust since he is going to stay one night only"

It was an average stay, they need to work on cleaning the room. Housekeeping staff don't clear the rooms on their own ! even if your remind then also it's not up to the mark

We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything.

Awesome place to be. Great view. Super spacious and clean. Location is awesome with everything that i need within walking distance. Water is provided, but you have to call room service for it (wish it was already there when you first get into the room.

The property is excellent and the caretaker staff are amiable. But the location is very remote. Although many might not agree the property is quite far from the main road.
