Room was not much cleaner. Tap water was not working room management issues like we booked two separate room but they gave us those rooms in different apartment. Otherwise it's location was quite peaceful

Stinking room, hopeless interiors except the location. I haven't clicked any but what was been shown on net was completely different.

Its a bit far from swargdwar, autos will charge you between 100-200₹ for picking and dropping. property is big, wonderful swimming pool, it lacks a bit in cleanliness but not a major thing to be concerned. Room service is delayed most of the times. good beds( kinda 2RK house) balcony has sea facing view which is wonderful. Food items are extremely costly. Host is wonderful.

Location is awesome, sea is in front of hotel. It's empire hotel room only but with different owner. Enjoyed the stay. Stay at hotel and enjoy food at deli cafe adjacent to this property.
