The name itself is confusing. This is hotel only and not a resort. Photos of garden shown do not belong to this hotel. Inf-act this hotel has no garden. Cleanliness is poor. Tap was leaking, so i complained, but it was not attended. Even i had to request for electric mosquito destroyer and kettle.

We book 3 rooms for family tour out of 3 rooms in one room geaser not working other room tv not working. Cleaning was not upto the mark. Overall average stay.

No inverter is there if there is no electricity. Room service was worst. There is no carpet.

I really liked the room and amenities provided. It was safe and silent too, not in crowded area, restaurants and transport everything is available near by. This hotel is near the beach, but this hotel has no beach view, but for the same price many other hotels have beach view. They also have a restaurant. Security and staff were friendly.

Service and staff are good and the location is very nice exactly on the backside of the lighthouse. They also extended our check out from 7 a. M to 10:00 a. M as our train was at 2:00 p. M. But the rooms had some defects, the door was not locking properly and plugs were coming out from the wall and the bathroom stand was broken. Please update the room's infrastructure.

Very long distance on sargodar. No lift facility on this high price booking. So update required. The order of food is very basic not so good quality is high but quality is not upto markis and the price is very high.

Rooms are clean but services are not good. They don't have any maintenance of geyser and ac. No lift facility, foods are not available, they arranged it from outside.

Service are not upto the mark. Room cleaning is not doing on day basis its like they given room than it’s your responsibility to clean the room. They are like its ok you can check out upto 12 o’clock than manager is taking half day extra charge room was small but it’s ok for 2 person but ill not rate good because of there behaviour and cleaning it’s average kind of hotel.

I visited the place with family. Hotel is located on the road just behind the beach road. Rooms are neat and clean but complimentary tea and electric kettle is not available. Receptionist is professional but the care taking staff is unprofessional. Hotel has no restaurant but they arrange food from outside which is average. Hotel tariff is at higher side due to the beach location. Overall an average stay experience.

The hotel i booked by make my trip, i don't have any food from hotel, if you talking about amenities there is no amenities except one dirty towel only one towel they provide from first day that's it, bedsheet never change it was very dirty, i expecting at-least they clean the room before i informed anything, first day they don't clean second day i need to told them because we are in puri beach of course to much sand in the room and toilet after that they clean the room, hotel was good room also good but ac not up to the mark there is no tv ch-anal recharge, the madam receptionist was good she have some interest for guest to serve but nobody have interest to give good service. Overall oke thank you for everything.
