Good property across from golden beach with a nice restaurant and vegetarian food options. Slightly overpriced for the decent level of service.

Facilities are so bad. Staffs are, specially manager behaviour is so bad. Mini fridge are not working food rate is so high

Good stay, nice staff, nice food but my sea view windows are covered with bamboo frame, which was disappointed me. Other wise it is a good hotel.

Overall experience is good. Staffs are polite. The sea view from the room is not the best as the window size is small.

Had a wonderful stay at camellia. Really great place to stay. Staff behaviour is very outstanding, very courteous. Food was really. But find price is high. Mr santosh rana was very cooperative. Next time will surely come and stay at camellia

Terrible Stay

When we arrived we kept siting for 4 hours to get the rooms. Rooms were not cleaned properly and ac was not working. Bed sheets were covered with sand particles and hairs.

The hotel stay was disappointing, especially considering the high price. The room was smaller than expected for the cost, which felt like poor value for money. A major inconvenience was the unreliable wifi, which is essential for many travelers these days. The connection issues were frustrating and impacted my ability to work and stay connected during my stay. Perhaps the most unusual and inconvenient aspect was the extremely early checkout time of 8 am. This is far earlier than the industry standard of noon, which most hotels offer. Such an early checkout time disrupts travel plans and feels inconsiderate to guests. Overall, given the high price, small room, wifi problems, and unusually early checkout time, i cannot recommend this hotel. There are likely better options available that offer more comfort, convenience, and value for your money.

The rooms were terrible. When we checked in the rooms were not that clean, but it was considerable. However, when we returned in the evening, to our utter surprise we found the entire room to be filled up of typical insects flying here & there, occupying the entire room. When the matter was conveyed to the reception & room service at first they made an unexpected remark that since this is a salty whether area so the insects will be there. However, later they accepted that the rooms require deep pest control. The next day, when we were taking our bath, there was no water in the toilet. It took more than 20 mins for the water to come again.

Rooms are cosy, service is good, swimming pool is too small and water is not that clean. No place to dry clothes which is a very big setback near sea. Food is not bad and reasonably priced. All over stay was good.

It was an average experience with the stay at the hotel - i had expected better. The ac was non-functional which was fixed post follow-up. The electric kettle in the room had trouble heating water and to add to the woes, there were termites in the room! though all of these issues were addressed after being reported, we expected a proactive approach and better guest experience from camellia.

Hotel rooms are good. Food is awesome. Ashram beside hotel must be asked to reduce volume of their kirtan and bhajans. Good to stay. But one receptionist (short heighted), that guy is highly unprofessional person and is misguiding person. Inspite of my request and intimation that I will need to extend my stay till 24th morning without breakfast but that guy kept on misguiding me telling that he will manage but at end when I asked again just night before checkout he was trying to play business tricks with me. Highly disappointed with his behaviour. He misinterpreted me. I am now shifting to another hotel which is superior than this but his behaviour got me freaked.

Camellia is one of the best hotel in puri. Very near to sea beach. Net and clean. Stuffs are very helpful. They have 2 restuarants. But quality of food not very great compared to price. Apart from food others are very good.

In good location hotel is situated. Just near to bay of bengal sea. But old style and rooms are old but some are renovated. Over stay is good in a prime location at puri.

The food was really good and hygienic. The room tariff was little high compared to other fellow nearby hotels. Service was good. Overall nice experience.
