I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I am compelled to share my concerns in the hope that immediate improvements will be made. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The bathroom, in particular, was in a deplorable state. The flush was not working properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, i was shocked to find cockroaches and lizards in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hospitality establishment. To make matters worse, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it difficult to even take a shower. On multiple occasions, the water supply was completely disrupted, leaving me without water for significant periods of time. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service. Cleanliness and functional amenities are basic expectations from any hotel, and my experience was far below the standard i anticipated.

Room is very nice and so close to beach side, walkable distance to the beach and the food served here is tasty and good. Cost is also less. Overall stay is budget friendly

Terrible owner.We went from 4 to 6th december.charged for two rooms for late checkout whereas I needed only one room to keep my luggage.They took our luggage when we refused to pay. its unsafe for families.

The facilities mentioned were actually not available. It was shown that tv is available, tv was there but not working. Fridge was there but not working. Few of the sockets were also not working. The breakfast which was included was terrible. They were so specific that u will get any one of the item and that too only one piece of it we got. Breakfast included means that we can eat as much as we want. For tea we had to pay extra money. It was not the part of the breakfast
