It was a very nice stay in crystal bay. The staff in this hotel were very polite and courteous. The hotel is located at the prime location in puri. You can enjoy the ocean views from your balcony.

I had a very nice welcome and the staff were very helpful. And the room was super clean and sanitised. The room service was good and food price was also reasonable. Will definitely book again on next visit. 😊😊😊

Location: excellent. Tariff: overpriced room condition: rooms are relatively small compared to the tariff, clean but door locks are non-functional, some portion of walls are damped. Food: good, price is reasonable but many items mentioned in menu are not available. Complementary breakfast: choice among only 3-4 options. Behaviour of hotel front desk is very very rude.

Extremely overpriced as compared to the property, amenities and services. I was billed for 2 nights which was absolutely not worth. no space at all, water logged in the bathroom, no hot water when needed, taps don’t work, suddenly there’s a gush of boiling water flowing from all the taps without any control feature (It almost burned me while taking shower, this is due to very low maintenance by the hotel staff). No breakfast was served even if it was included in the bill, restaurant doesn’t have much availability (better to have food from nearby restaurants, there are lot of better options available within 200-500 mts from the hotel). The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Just to add on – I have already stayed in this hotel in 2022 and was highly impressed then, it was new and was promising as compared to other old hotels in that chain. But now, it’s definitely not going to be in the choice list !!

Conveniently stayed in a nicely done small room for 2 n 3d. 1. Got a side sea view room with great view of golden beach, sunrise and beach market. 2. Location is right on tube new marine drive and all shopping action is nexg door. 3. Being close to swargadwar, location always crowded wigh tourist upto late night. 4. Alot of food options around, but also a great and efficient room service. 5. Last minute deal was a little expensive. 6. Bathroom was small and water outlet parfially choked.

Location: 5/5, maintenace: 4/5, food:4/5 hotel stuff: 5/5 hotel rooms are small, which feels a little bit suffocative. Hotel stuffs are very co-operative. Please look into maintenance, as we have seen damping wall & rusty ralings inside / outside rooms. Food quality is great, but price on a little bit higher side. Overall a good stay.

Room was not cleaned and also bathroom is terrible. I don't recommend to anyone for stay in this hotel.

I had booked premium sea facing room for my parents for 2 nights and three days, these are the feedback: 1. Terrible hygiene 2. Terrible food in the name of complimentary breakfast 3. Worst front office support 4. Zero maintenance of room, linen, balcony 5. I paid 12k for 2 nights for nothing

View from window is so much good, but the room size is too small at this price point. Bathroom is too much small to bath, water drain is not proper in bathroom, no tea table in room, there is one tv in room but it is not working, no cloth hanging place is there, and the last food cost is too much high 1 lit water for 50, two egg with gravy is 100 like this, and flavors or taste is not justify the price of food. Water force in taps is not enough also.

Stayed at crystal bay for 3 nights. Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. However, food was not good. Would suggest to eat someplace else if you're staying there. Overall the stay was average

Poor hygiene, old damaged property, false promise of balcony, too pricey in terms of what they are offering. The side view room can be max quoted. No parking, hotel closes by 10pm in the night, entry is difficult after 10pm. Worst property

the hotel does not allow outside food at all. check out time is 8 am .. they will not adjust any request of extension .. even if it is half an hour. service is poor. they keep calling your rooms to order food from they kitchen.. but the food is not up to the mark. morning complementary breakfast is not good at all, except bread and idily nothing else is eatble.the room specially bathroom keeps smelling like sewage.i stayed for 3 days, and the housekeeping service was not good at all. they don't change bedsheet, towels, or clean shelf where kettle is kept, and until requested, they will not give toiletries as well.poor maintenance of liftno cleaniness outside the roomshotel that forces rules on customers!
