It is mix of hotel, apartment, flats and multi occupany stays which is not clear when booking. There is no transport, hotel and the room smelled of toilets all the time may be due to water piping issues

Staying at hotel was a disappointing experience. The unpleasant odor in the cafeteria and lobby made it even worse. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend the stay, the rooms were very suffocating, the breakfast was tasteless, the property wasn't at all like what it was mentioned at the time of booking. Really a terrible experience.

Pros 1. Neat and clean rooms. 2. Hotel staffs were very helpful. Cons 1. Location is 2km away from beach. One has to spend rs. 300-400 for round trip. 2. Food quality of hotel breakfast buffet could be improved. Overall good experience.

It's a serviced apartment, not a proper hotel. New buildings, average maintenance, limited options for food at the cafe, but found quite tasty. Far from the blue beach reduces its attractiveness. I would suggest to opt for near by hotels to the beach.
