1. Found cockroach in food 2. Unsafe for families as bachelors smoke and make noise with open doors 3. Location is far from temple. Autos exploit devotees for just 3 kms from hotel to temple 4. Dumb, rude, careless and uncooperative staff 5. Found blood stains on bedsheets

I got through make my trip. It's very terrible to stay with broken bed, while asking for tea for room service they are not give due to busy. Means staff sortage. Very bad experience

The hotel staff was polite and well behaved and were ready to help. We booked two ac rooms. We booked their taxi and it was also good & pricing was acceptable. However, they needed to improve on cleanliness as pillows were stinking and there was a smell of mould. Some amenities such as hand wash were not there but were provided as soon as we asked for it. The location is good and peaceful. The hotel is in the middle of the temple, beach and railway station. The manager was very helpful as we did partial cancellation due to the cyclone.

The amenities and services were good. We booked this hotel for an emergency stay and stayed for one night. The room was neat and clean. The room was adequately specious. The room service and food in the restaurant was good.

I booked deluxe room but it was bit small as i was travel-ling with my toddler. I took the higher category room executive category. This room was pretty good in size so i took it. But as this room was in use since long so i said the receptionist to get my room clean as i will be outside for temple visit. Hair and dust were all over the room. Carpets are not cleaned since eternity. When we came back room was in same condition not even touched. My toddler has taken some hair in his mouth. When i started shouting and complained then they came in action and just broom-ed the room and removed the carpet. Pathetic stay pathetic response by the duty manager. When i went to clear my bills, instead of doing anything he said if you don’t want to make extra payment leave the hotel. It was 10:30pm.

A Nightmare Stay - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently stayed at the Bensen Puri, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is in in dire need of management overhaul and a serious facelift. Room Conditions: The room itself was a nightmare. It was filthy, with stains on the walls and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with mold in the shower and hair from previous guests still lingering. The bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy pillows that felt like they were stuffed with rocks. The advertised amenities were nonexistent. When I called the front desk for assistance, I was met with an eye-roll and a “good luck” response. Noise Levels: If you value your sleep, this is NOT the place for you. I could hear every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It felt like I was staying in a frat house instead of a hotel. Loud parties went on until the early hours of the morning, and when I called the front desk to complain, they didn’t even bother to address it. Conclusion: I left Bensen Hotel feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. This place is a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay—trust me, you’ll thank yourself later!

Poor stay experience. Untidy bed linen, smelly and sticky bathroom. After several complains bed linen was changed at 2 am. Ac remote and ac was not working in room no 3003 on 13th july 2024. No one was there to attend.
