Recently visited this hotel , it is not only bad rather worse in terms of money and location. It is not at all on road and entry road is just a messy with very short passage between gutter. Rooms are with 🪳 cockroach and lays eggs surrounding out there.. Forget about hygiene it's just a polyp encrypted across all floors. Very difficult to stay with Kids. Now coming to quality of food is also not up to the marks as per rate and complementary breakfast is also good at all integards to have quality and number of options. I surely would not recommend it further to anyone. Having this same amount can be utilised to others good hotel..option are huge in Puri to stay.. Finally staff members are also not good in behaviour but sweepers and other other members are ok

in one word it was a nice experience...our hotel room was a premium room...well facilitated with all amenities and excellent sea view...staff were well behaved including house keeping.The restaurant provided us with good food...only deficiency is in the entrance gate...

Good hotel. The entrance is pathetic. Food was okay but a bit expensive. Staff behaviour was good. The worst thing was the vendor who arranged the car for the hotel.

The room is just excellent staff behaviour and hospitality is good. The special attraction is that the rooftop pool is just awesome

Very good rooms. Pool is the main highlight of the hotel. Wonderful view from pool. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Shabby room, pathetic entrance. Location not good no proper road for entrance, very ill maintained room

Too expensive for the experience, the lift and restaurant stink of poop, room curtains are torn, checkin and check out are very very early and customers will get cheated to extend their stay, food is below average, entrance is like finding your way through a maze, ill rest here can keep going on

The room was small, poorly maintained, and not clean at all. As an executive room, i expected much better. The furnishings were worn, the linens were dirty, and there were several stains on the carpet. The overall impression was one of neglect and lack of care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service, unclean facilities, and overall unpleasant experience make it a place to avoid.

Entrance of the hotel is just terrible. It is through a narrow crowdy lane, just adjacent to another hotel. Only one lift for guests accommodating three passengers only, that too was not working. Room is highly rated. Executed room was booked, but it was not possible to stay. While asking, shown another room and charged rs 300- more per night. That one was also executive. Location, amenities are not at all satisfactory.

We found the hotel completely different from what it showed in photos, too costly, rooms are not cleaned properly, entrance is absolutely horrible, staffs are although good but lacks discipline.

First day the room given to us was bad. Second day it was ok. However their checkout time was too early and last day we had a bad experience where there was a power cut and no one communicated anything to us. No clear communication

Everything is ok but the entrance and the no proper baloney to seat along with outdated lift system made us annoyed throughout our stay in this hotel. Otherwise hospitality is top knoch

Hotel is worst. Nothing was woe-king in this hotel. Please do not stay in this hotel. Lift lobby is dirty. Lift was not working. Serivice is terrible. For water bottle also you have to call 4 to 5 times minimum. I will not recommend this flat to anyone. Please sont stay over here.

The stay was horrible. L have never had such a bad stay in my entire life. The photos posted and available of the rooms in the hotel are awfully deceptive. Dark corridors, no sun light in room. The entrance of the hotel is through a dirty market lane. The rooms are not worth of rs 1000 or less. 'make my trip should think 100 times before posting such kind of hotels.

Entry area was very dirty, rainwater coming in the room, toilet was not equipped with paste toothbrush etc. Should not cost more than per night.
