On 26/12/2022, at 11 pm when i went to natraj hotel, puri, i was told that i have no booking. I showed them the booking slip, but they didn't believe it. I had to book again with money at another hotel, "kali dham guest house, puri. So please refund my booking money. That night i informed " diamond tours and travels, malda. I will never book from make my trip again. Please refund my booking money. Thanks.

In make my trip it's written that check iut is 8 a. M for this hotel but we were informed from the hotel that we have to check out at 7a. M the rooms were cleaned only once for the 3 days. The bedsheet was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned only floor was cleaned. The balcony is of no use hardly 2 people can stand

First of all, the location marked on google maps for this place is incorrect. We had to walk at-least 500 metres to the real destination after asking few people. Secondly, as we entered the person encharge was a bit strange as he was scolding the staff for not understanding which room we had to check-in in a very auspicious way. Thirdly, we booked a room for three people but received only one bed and got a window air conditioner even though we saw a wall ac in images of the hotel. At the end the receptionist asked for a extra 30 rupees charge for cleaning. That's it!

Reception staf was very bad behaviour and room was very bad condition and no arrangment of drinking water
