Unhealthy location. Near to fish sabji market. Very congested. Very little cooperation from manager.

It was terrible very dirty not worth a single rupee i want my full refund. Behaviour of manager was very rude and uncooperative.

Only good thing about this hotel is, it's near sea beach and market. They maintain average hygiene, no toiletries only shampoo and small soap. Overall average stay

Location is to crowded and area is dirty, i have booked the hotel with high tea but no tea given. Restaurant was not open.

I booked the hotel at 2100 which much expensive at that location. One can easily get beach side avg hotel at that price. I would recommend to book the hotel only for 1st day then choose hotel after negotiation at beach side.

The hotel was good at the that price. Located at the main market area. 7 minute walking distance fro. Beach. Only issues room service. Its pathetic. . They dont clean room regularly and also dont remove dustbin daily. And also renovation work going on.

All facilities are not available as mentioned on make my trip on date 2nd dec 2024, but charges full taken. Full of mosquito, no pest control. Staff inadequate no restaurant no tea service basic room service are provided at high end cost

The hotel was good and the stay was comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. It was at a walking distance of 300 to 400 meters from the sea beach and it was within the market area. Though they don't provide us any tea of coffee which should given as it was a hi tea booking. But that's not an issue for us. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

No gyser, no mini fridge, no mineral water they fill up water from without ro direct from tanky. And service is so pathetic staff is good. Please don't book here unless u feel my words what i say

Poor lock and key system. The quality of keys are not so good. By the time of unlocking the door the key breaks and they charge 600 rs unnecessarily.

Rooms are good, specious. Bathrooms are ok. Hotel is not so far from seashore. You can go straight from camelia hotel of main road through a small way. Hotel has its own restaurant. Foods are ok and timely served. Behaviour of staff are also good. Overall a decent hotel in this price range.

If a hotel is under repairing and maintenance, how could you expect proper service? should not recommend this hotel during this period of stay. Hotel location is good, but it is sandwiched by other hotels, no open area is there. Hotel staff are good and manager is co-operative. Hotel services and amenities need to improve in all respect.

All is well ! Restaurant renovation work is going on, but they processed food some slowly at another place.
