Overall hygiene in the property was really bad as the washrooms were not cleaned properly, linens were not properly washed and in spite of several requests for cleaning the room the hotel staff did not respond. Adding to that the room service was very irresponsive. The only positive part in our stay was that the hotel allowed us to make an early check in with an extra cost and for the same we are thankful to the management.

The stay wasn't comfortable due to not proper maintenance of the property. Rooms were not clean and services was not up to the mark with respect to paid money.

The worst experience that does not maintain hygiene. I spend 2000 per day basis for 3 days. Fully unsatisfied.

Rooms are dirty. The property is not in good condition. Housekeeping staff is not good. Room services are pathetic. For females it is not safe to stay.

The hotel was not at all good, room was dirty and spider net is all around there, table chair and the water jug was n shabby condition. Staff there was not cooperative at all. Overall i will never stay such location

Hotel location was near the beach. Good behavior staff. But service is very slow need more attention towards services. Overall only good for stay

Very bad condition of hotel. Room stinks. Bathroom very unhygienic and has very bad smell. Food quality worst. We had 2 day stay and even after repeated request to change room, management changed it after 1 day. Food quality worst and unhygienic. They don’t have cook and food is cooked by their room cleaning staff.

Hotel is just a broken piece, the conditions of room, windows, bed, bathroom are terrible. In one word, dirty. All items are broken and filthy. Only staffs behaviours are good. This hotel requires complete renovation.

The property location is amazing. 2-3 minutes walk to the niladree beach. Rooms are very spacious and staff behaviour is also very polite and cooperative.

Worst room ever seen in life tour ever. Starting my entry in hotel does not looks to a kind of hotel i selected. Lift not in working condition. You have to force open lift to enter n exit. Room condition poor. Foul smell in the room. Entry door condition very worst. A ac not in working condition. Geyser very dangerously fitted to use. We have not touched as it looks to get shock. Also in the bed you will be welcomed by termites.

Location - 300 meter away from neladari/blue flag beach, hotel having no sea view, away from puri beach you need to spend 100 rs each time to got o puri beach. Food- the hotel service department is the worst, there is no value for time, nearby restaurants are also very very limited, you will not feel that you are in any tourist places. Room - we booked suite room that comes with two double bads, bathroom western comode was in worst condition and after multiple complaints it was not fixed. Acs were working, room was specious. Lift sensors was not working properly hence it's dangerous sometime to use. Complementary breakfast they serve in room only a person can only select one option s from very limited options, also it served very cold and after an hour. My opinion - don't stay at this location until you just want to sleep and want to stay away from rest of other puri life. Adon't book with complementary breakfast in this hotel.

Surya beach inn, puri is terrible in all respect. No maintenance, strong sewage smell, ac / geyser doesn't work, unhygienic food, no courtesy of reception staff

Near the sea beach location wise very good. Very good food and food is cooked and then served. Staff are cooperative.
