Complimentary panda services were not provided to us even after asking multiple times. There were no minimum crockery’s available at the suite. No facility to order food. We requested for bare minimum plates and bowls even that was not provided

Our stay was good, the staffs were very cordial. Front manager mr. Paradip was very responsive and always there at service. Housekeeping mrs. Tikina patra was very helpful. Overall it was a nice one night stay. The food was inexpensive and tasty. Thank you.

Had booked kakkson club Disappointed with the stay. Not worth the price paid, i had paid for two nights for jacuzzi suite. Detailed review is as under: pros: 1)spacious room and washroom 2)situated at walking distance from beach 3) swimming pool was good. Cons: 1)no proper maintenance of property, washroom had sand on floor when we checked in. Had to struggle for hot water, ac was leaking which was fixed subsequently. Mirrors were rusted. Crockery was broken. 2) jacuzzi tap has very less water pressure, it takes almost 2 hours to fill the jacuzzi with water. Also, hot and cold buttons on jacuzzi were not functional. 3)approach road is in very bad state, property is situated inside narrow lanes with no proper approach road. 4)basic amenities like dental kit were also not available. 5)breakfast was okish. Only 3 options were there - poori subzi, a loo paratha, tea coffee. Breakfast was served in room since there is no proper seating. They even charged for extra water bottles, levied service charge on extra water bottles. Overall a good constructed property with bad management and maintenance. They need to improve a lot in terms of room service and cleanliness.

Hotel room is very nice and staff behaviour also very good. Hotel manger bibhuti barik behaviour is very polite, overall experience of hotel is best in puri, this hotel is my favorite now

Good ambience and clean room with ventilation. Service was so good and food quality too. The person bibuthi and team caring was nice. Room service person guided well to visit jagannathswami temple.

Me and my family had a worst experience 😔 in this hotel spend so much money for the prime room. but it's not worth to stay in this hotel. issue 1. staffs behaviour are not good. 2. late response for every service. 3. area is not at all worth of the money. 4. even there prime room's key card are not working. 5. most importantly servings style of the staff are not gentle. same experience happened with other guests also..

The room was cleaned. Accessories are not working properly in the bathroom. Water was not coming the way it should come. They switched off the ac in the early morning without any intimation. It's not worth it to pay this much money for this hotel.
