Room not clean, power not available 24 hours, bedsit condition very poor dirty pillow also same condition, ventilation facility not available to this room, tv not working so many problems. I am not fill well in this trip but paid more than required. Try to best in future.

This place is very near to puri mandir. I must recommend this guest house for those people coming to puri specially to visit jagannath dev. The manager vikas is very good and cooperative in nature. I would recommend this guest house more and more. Thank you so much! jai jagannath!

Hotel location is near by puri jagannath temple is walking distance and hotel location is very nice and clean

Ac not properly work in room, but staff is good. Near is jaganath temple so all locations is central.

No cleanliness, no room service tv doesn't have a dish tv connection and wifi is there and not connecting and i have connected to my own device. The cot(palang) is not good it's damaged it's too much sounding when we are sitting. No one is doing room service we need to tell them then only they are coming.

They don't know basics of hospitality, insisting for extra charges for each and every thing. Room maintainance is also not good. We purchased room fresheners to avoid that smell

Dulux non ac room is not like that. Fan not working properly. Sanitation lavel is very poor. Not provides any services like cleaning, food and water. Guestrooms are not clean since long time.

very bad experience i have ever faced in my life . the night staffs are not there when we reached at hotel . the lock the front door from inside . we r waited for hours infront of the gate and calling the hotel management but no body received . 😢 very worst situation staff drunk and slept inside did not picked the call I want my money back . other wise I will take legal action against all this things .

1. Latrine not cleaned. 2. Ventilation not proper. 3. Careless staffs 4. Behavior not good at the time of check out. 5. Unavailability of auto for journey. 6. People do not know about the guest house.

The booking mentioned free wi-fi but once reached the hotel, they said wi-fi is not available. The room service is not good although you have to request a lot to the caretaker to get things done, although they do it ultimately. The caretaker need to be more professional and handle the customers accordingly. The hotel should provide basic amenities like filter water, soaps, hand wash, geyser or hot water, which was not given not even a towel was provided.
