Awesome experience and too good hospitality. It's great property away from the hustle bustle of city life. Cottages are mind blowing. Perfect gateway to spend sometime in the lap of nature. And the manager was too sweet. Keep up the good work.

First of all, i would like to inform you that i didn't check in on the 20th october, when i called up the property, they denied the refund process. Later on, i suggested a date change with the same tariff which was also denied by the hotel manager. Also, the staff deployed there are not professional at all. The problem is they don't know how to speak with guests. Hence, i am requesting mm t to initiate the refund.

Room ac was not working. At 6pm hotel denied for spa service put food bill of rs500. 00 and forced to pay from us although this food was consumed by others. And person in the reception given false promises to solve this issue which was ultimately not done.

Terrible experience at the hotel. The checking time is 12:00 p. M. But we get our room at 4:00 p. M. Due to unprofessional behaviour of hotel manager and staff. We order our lunch but after 1 hour 45 minutes we get it the same thing is happening in dinner also. In the evening when we start drinking, the hotel management is asking for 40% of the bottle price for their fee. They say it is the rule of our hotel. I don't recommend anybody to book room in this property.

We booked 3 room for 2 nights, when we arrived at hotel at 1. 30pm the room are not ready. We have to wait till 2. 30 to get our room. And the room service and the restaurant service is pathetic, we have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food and this type of delay happens all the time. It happens to all the guests. If you have your drinks you have to pay 40% fee for every bottle price. I never suggest any one t book in this hotel.

Experienced worst ever service there. First it’s at the hinterland. So it’s a complete time killer. Their elevator doesn’t work properly. We have to stand there nearly half an hour. There is a d-block building. Which hasn’t been constructed completely. Still they allow bookings for that block. But they don’t accept orders for in room dining services. Other than that you will enjoy so many fun activities present there due to paucity of time we could not enjoy any of those as we have plans to visit jagannath temple. So if you’re planning to stay only in resort you can give it a try. And lastly you won’t find so many options for breakfast in their a-la-carte service.

Located nearly 20 kms from puri. Peaceful place surrounded by nature's beauty on the bank of a small river. Food is tasty, service is good. Rooms are spacious. They have a swimming pool, children's playing area, boat to carry the guests to the nearby sea beach

Amenities and rooms are good. But whole night got disturbed as other rooms occupants ringing doorbells many times at night. Whole night other occupants made lots of noise.

Worst hotel. They gave us unconstructed hotel rooms without lifts and dirty water. None of us took showers. Breakfast is a big mess. Quality of food is worst. Most of the time all the vessels are empty and you get nothing to eat once they fill in because of the rush. Its just a rip off for the money they are charging

Property location is beautiful, the ambiance is woww. Only in resturant the service is bit late. Food is good. Staffs are very friendly. Over all experience is very satisfactory. Looking forward.

Pointers 1 - they allotted our stay in a separated isolated building which had no reception and no connectivity to main reception 2 - we called for house keeping service which came after 30 minutes with repeated calling 3 - the bed was initially not clean and combs were old either 4 - a drunk man came ringing bell almost 100 times in the night and we were scared 5 - it is huge property but has tremendous scope to improve upon 6 - hospitality is average

Location is fantastic! food is good, but not exciting. Housekeeping staff need to be more prompt. Front desk staff seems confused. Also needs to be more courteous! boat ride to sea beach is excellent! the property and it's surrounding are breathtaking! the staff are overall polite.

Location is very far from city, worst service provided there, pools are not cleaned on a regular basis as they don't have guests all the days, restaurant takes 2 hours for your order, no wifi connection, no network, phones not working in room, to order anything even water u need to go to restaurant yourself, tv not working as they have no working wifi connection. Don't waste your precious time here
