Dirty room. No service. Rude staff. Unhygienic toilet. Horrible experience. Lifta are not properly working.

A hopeless hotel in a good location

The hotel is situated in the best possible location. That's the only good point. Room is very small, bathroom is even smaller hardly 15-20 sq. Ft. Furniture is old and torn. Linen is dirty. Literally no welcome kit. No restaurant. Very very costly for a room of this standard. Does not provide mineral water bottle.

It was family trip, hotel was child friendliness, location was convenient and near to The railway Station, hotel services was excellent, staff behavior was good. Overall it was an excellent stay. I would like to suggest to all.
