Not happy with makemytrip & beach

Very annoying. Even after booking the hotel 2 months prior with the full amount we were allotted the roof top room on the 3rd floor. The manager is a person with "no". The staff "raghu" is the only person with a smile. The bed cots are also stiff & uncomfortable not happy with "makemytrip". Hotel bookings should have a room number during booking

Its too far, over expensive. No lift available. Rooms are too small. Its below average amenities. Front road is not good also

Room was not same as shown in pictures also it was quite small, washroom was not cleaned. Unwashed blankets were provided. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. Hotel is overpriced , overall experience was very bad

The hotel rooms are so small, not hygienic smell in gf area. Blankets are so old and not usable condition it is not as shown in the pic and the rent is also higher accordingly.

Disgusting experience. Too much cost and very dirty. The mat was supposed to be but new one. It was completely ruined and dirty room with blankets.

Terrible experience of this hotel, it is stinking all the time with non veg food, moreover the hotel owner is rude in listening to any of your concern, only focused on getting full money, can't imagine this in puri destination of pilgrimage. I suggest not to go for this.

Stay was comfortable as staff were very cooperative. Daily cleaning of room, bathroom, bedsheets, blankets should be improved.

Good location, less crowded. Cordial behaviour of staff. Auto, e-rickshaw are available all the time. Great view from the balcony and roof.

1. It should be stated clearly that this is not in front of beach or, not. 2. The ambience is poor 3. Hygienic condition to be maintained in rooms 4. Toe-let window is damaged and need to be repaired before giving to a customer. 5. Staff behaviour good

This is just worst place, dirty water pipe leakage, the room ac was not working bedsheets were torn and stained. We want our money back as we suffered a lot for searching new accommodation in puri wide my 8 yrs daughter in thunder storm. We axpect your cooperation. Thank you.

Moderate rooms. Price very high in comparison to other hotels. No restaurant. Last night a/c didn't work for whole night due to power failure. Food provided from outside in rooms were good. Staff behaviour was good.
