We took the room executive delux room. Room was very good and clean. Staff behaviour was also good. Food preparation was good. Overall it was an excellent stay and i would love to stay again in this hotel.

hotel rooms were not that much tidy... and most of the room's equipment were defective...they need to look after this...hope they wiil upgrade...best wishes 👍🏼

Wastage of money

The drain in the bathroom is open and by the afternoon, the bathroom smells like a urinal. The ac remote is not there, a certain remote like thing hangs from the wall. The bed sheets ans covers stink. The bucket in the bathroom has never been cleaned ever. Food is not good either.

Bedroom and bathroom of the hotel was not cleaned properly. Wifi network is also poor. Food provided by the hotel is of average quality

Located in purulia town, quality of room is okay. Foods are delicious. Service is also okay. Overall it was satisfactory stay.

Hotel is placed at prime location. The lake view is awesome. Commuting from here to various places is easy. Front office is very helpful. Meals here are awesome. Breakfast is filling with atleast 3 choices - eggs bread butter, paratha/puri+veg, tea coffee, cornflakes. On the downside - plumbing could improve (used water from sink comes out in bathing area. The tea caddy is ok but kettle is filthy. Beds are comfortable, sheets arr clean. No toothpaste though. Shampoo, soap. Cheap comfortable stay.

Possibly a good hotel 10 years back. But now, nothing good except the location. Needs a complete renovation and well trained staff. Everything is old / dirty. Even no hot water just warm. If they want, they can make it the best hotel of town or of region as it is a good building at a very good location.

The room was not as described and portrayed in pics. The ac vent was particularly dirty and the bathroom was smelly.

The maintenaince of the entire hotel have fallen drastically.

I stayed for two days at 3 different rooms. 1st day at 209 (there was a very foul toilet smell from the room and not from toilet) which was changed to 408. The water quality was very bad and black sediment-ed water came constantly. So the house keeping brought for me two buckets of clean, fresh water for bathing. 2nd day with new checkin, i had stayed at 109 again the water quality resisted to bath. Again with the repetition house keeping brought for us buckets of water. The maintenaince of the entire hotel is not at all good compared previous times.

1) property is quite old and the washrooms needs some renovation/ repair. Rooms are reasonably well maintained. Location of the property is very. Restaurant provides wide choice of food. The “waiters” extend excellent service and are extremely polite and well behaved. Response from other staffs are equally good, specially the front desk

The room provided was good. The view from the room was good. The bathroom was spacious and room-service was quite good. Satisfied on all counts. Nothing better to expect in purulia. The food quality was decent. Overall my stay was very good and we are very happy with the hotel and staff
